Notch Growers Targeted In Disaster Aid Plan
Comonenews reports a broad push by Plains Cotton Growers and the National Cotton Council with USDA rulemaking under the 2000 disaster aid. Officials hope to reach more producers through revised quality and quantity loss provisions and potential insurance discounts, with sign up dates to come.
