Brownfield ISD honors Teachers of the Year and awards
Brownfield Independent School District trustees swore in three new board members and elected officers for 2007 08. The meeting honored students and faculty with State and district awards, issued $1000 checks for Employee of the Year, and recognized service pins for 5 to 25 years. The board approved summer athletic facility use, a central scheduling interlocal with Brownfield, property sale at 706 Tohoka Road, athletic bids, insurance renewal, and a budget amendment.
