Brownfield Chamber Awards Building Contract for New Office

A Brownfield Chamber of Commerce signing sets in motion a $27 610 office building project with completion within 120 days. Construction by Pridas Construction begins within 10 days, with total costs excluding 2500 to 3600 for furnishings. Experiment Station Crops Rotation Tests Begin Near Lubbock

Eulice Farrar Farm hosts off station experiments started this week by Lubbock Experiment Station as Dr J O Silbra and Newman combine agronomy efforts. They study 16 cotton varieties in sandy soil across dryland and six moisture levels for irrigated cotton. Rotation tests are led by Dr Clark Harvey with agronomy faculty guidance.
