The annual Edie Brooks Memorial Myasthenia Gravis Clinic will be held Friday and Saturday April 3 and 4 at Hi Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo. 4 H wood science program sparks youth creativity in Texas
The 4 H wood science program run by the Texas Agricultural Extension Service and supported by Weyerhaeuser Foundation encourages youth to craft wood projects from bird houses to curio cabinets. Awards from Weyerhaeuser and the National 4 H Council honor top members with medals and scholarships, including an all expenses paid trip to the National 4 H Congress in Chicago for one Texas youth and $1,000 scholarships for six national winners.
