Brownfield Art Association holds March meeting and show
The Brownfield Art Association met March 5 at the Art building on West Main with Lovella Todd presiding. Karen Randolph gave a pastel demonstration. The invitational show is set for March 20 to 24 with judging on March 22 from 2 pm to 6 pm and visitors days urged.

Hearings on organic cotton amendments set across Texas
The Texas Department of Agriculture will hold two public hearings on March 14 in Lub bock and Lamesa to comment on amendments to organic cotton rules in active boll weevil eradication zones.
