Talismen Trio From McMurry Signs Six Flags Summer Pact
Tim Faulkenberry, Loyd McWhirter, and Bill Huth of the Talismen group plan summer shows with Six Flags Over Georgia after forming last year at McMurry College. The trio, students and performers from Dallas and San Antonio areas, auditioned for the Homecoming Talent Show and have since toured churches and schools while preparing for a possible professional career. They depart Dallas May 31 for Atlanta with gear, contract runs to Labor Day, and aim to fund their venture through frugal living and savings.
