The Second Annual Conference on Agricultural Diversification for Terry County starts with 9 am registration Friday at Brownfield High School Auditorium. Bruce Jordan 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Jordan of 1202 East Hester, won the elementary division in the eighth Brownfield Lions Tournament of Talent. He earned a $50 gift certificate for his solo “He's Got The Whole World In His Hands.” Nearly 1,260 people packed Brownfield High School Auditorium Friday night for finals with Thursday’s round drawing 709 attendees.
