District Court Sentences Defraud With Check and Theft
In Terry County court non jury hearings Judge Ledbetter sentenced David Lechuga to three years in the Texas Department of Corrections for defrauding with a check and Charles Roberson to five years with probation for theft and exercise of control. Civil suits listed include Doran Chevrolet Inc. vs Clark Trust and Goodwin vs Clark, with divorces granted for multiple couples on April 29 and June 3. Sheriff's records note arrests for worthless checks burglary and DUI, plus numerous vehicle registrations and confidential county deeds filings.
