Eight Subjects Sentenced In 121st District Court
Judge Kelly Moore presided as eight individuals pled to plea bargains in the 121st District Court this week. Emma Serna Gonzales received 18 months state jail, three years supervision, license and breath device conditions, and fines totaling $1,088 plus fees. Juan Trevino drew two years TDCJ, with parole costs. Angel Rodriguez faced seven years CJ and concurrent terms with DNA and attorney fees. Benjamin Simental received 18 months state jail with fines and costs. Sabrina Alvarado got three years deferred adjudication with costs and fees. Pedro Pina received 10 years TDCJ and 10 years supervision, plus restitution and batterer treatment. Margarita Rodriguez received six years TDCJ and six years supervision with fines, costs, restitution, and a breath device. Flora Alvarado was sentenced five years CJ and five years supervision with fines, costs, restitution, jail time, and program enrollment.
