Local resident helps dachshund Angel regain mobility with metal bracket
Wanda Thomas, Brownfield CISD superintendent secretary, cared for nine year old red dachshund Angel after a back injury left her paralyzed. A wheel bracket, built by Lubbock vet Dr. Tom Neal and repaired by WAR Sheet Metal, lets Angel roam the yard.
