District Court sentences multiple defendants in varied terms
Jessie A. Rodriguez, 39, received seven years in the Texas Department of Justice for injury to a child, plus $200 in attorney fees and community supervision revocation. Rodolfo Bergara, 47, drew seven years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, seven years of supervision, 180 days in jail or TCRTC space, then confinement, a $750 fine, $248 costs, required Alcoholics Anonymous, breath device, and 18 month license suspension. Juan Jose Zamora, 27, got five years TDCJ and five years supervision, plus $500 fine, $248 costs, $250 attorney’s fees. Carlos Quesada Jr., 22, received 16 months state jail and three years supervision with $248 costs, $250 fees, and $250 restitution.
