Honolulu Oil Corp of Midland staked a wildcat No. 1 Vera V Wilmeth 31 miles south of Tokio in the South Tokio Wolfcamp area. Stanolind No. 1 Joiner Duffey, a 193-barrel producer, lies 6,000 feet northeast of the drillsite. The Stanolind No. 1 Turrentine discovery sits near the Wolfcamp, with Humble offset a 13,311-foot abandoned well from 1954. Drilling to 13,500 feet tests the Devonian with future activity expected.
