UW campaign nears goal after holiday donations

The 1998-99 Terry County United Way Campaign aims to raise 44500 with less than three weeks left. Campaign chair David DeLeon says under 10000 remains and pleads for community gifts and pledges as contributions have slowed during the holiday season. The list of beneficiaries includes American Red Cross, Brownfield Senior Citizens, and Brownfield Meals on Wheels.
