The XYZ Club will hold the official opening of the Senior Citizen Center this Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the former South Plains Health Unit building at D and Main. County Judge Herbert Chesshir City Manager Jake Geron Mayor Bonner Lytle and board chair Jack Garrett will speak. tours and program explanations will be offered. meals at noon cost 1.25 dollars. The center will operate 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays with a full staff and will dispatch a service bus from the center.
