Community delivers cheer this holiday
The Brownfield Goodfellows and local volunteers gathered at the county livestock barn to assemble Christmas boxes for 200 Brownfield and Terry County families, serving nearly 500 children. Boxes included toys, non perishable groceries and fresh produce with help from Salvation Army and local churches.

State to hold hearings on organic cotton rules
The Texas Department of Agriculture will hold two public hearings on Monday January 8 to review organic cotton guidelines in active boll weevil eradication zones.
