Texas cotton and the weevil threat reshape U.S. output
In a Texas Farmer Stockman editor note adapted from Dan Crummett, the rhythm of cotton production shifts with boll weevil eradication. The piece closes urging reader comments and noting a CEU meeting on December 19 at the Texas National Guard Armory in Brownfield with five CEUs for applicators.
