Terry County Extension Agent advises homeowners to maintain up to date policies with replacement cost coverage. If insurance equals 80 percent or more of replacement cost, losses pay out on replacement cost rather than depreciation. Explain difference between replacement cost and market value and advise reviewing policies, especially after remodels. Older homes may need special replacement cost appraisal.

Brownfield High School choirs under Philip Camp host a Christmas Choral Dinner in the BHS Commons on December 16 at 6 p.m. Beef or chicken fajitas with all the trimmings, carols, and a Santa appearance are planned.
