America's Dumbest Criminals Traps and Blunders Highlighted
A jokey national digest notes real crimes show the dumb side of criminals. Reports describe a 90 day sentence followed by an 88 day escape and a later year back in prison, a Rhode Island vending machine caper for bail in quarters, and various ill fated schemes from a Nashville dam plot to a plexiglass window misfire. The book by Leland Gregory and collaborators tours the country, aiming to deter youth by exposing bungling thieves.
