The Brownfield Booster Club will hold its first fall meeting at 8 p.m. Monday in the high school cafeteria. President R. D. Jones Jr. says plans for the football season will be made, new coaches introduced, and a resume of the 1968 Brownfield Cubs schedule presented by Head Coach Charles Reese. Attendees can join the booster group. The Cubs host Denver City in a scrimmage Thursday at Cub Stadium.
