Hand in Hand program unites parents and kids in Brownfield
The Hand in Hand program run by Brownfield County Extension office and Brownfield Middle School wrapped its first summer with strong turnout and value. Four weekly meetings fostered parent child bonding, open discussion on fears about transition to middle school, and a focus on healthy activity. Attendance rose from fourteen at the first session to 105 by week four, with an average of seventy five.
