Sentence date set for Martinez in rape case
Eugene Shannon Martinez, 20, of Brownfield, will be sentenced August 28 for aggravated sexual assault aggravated kidnapping and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He pled guilty to rape and abduction of a 55 year old Brownfield woman in the March 16 2000 attack.
