Meals on Wheels board holds quarterly meeting
President Peggy Seeley led the Brownfield Meals on Wheels Board of Directors in a quarterly session on April 17 at JB's Etc. Minutes were approved, and treasurer Rickey Dill reported that United Way funds helped cover recent deficits. Leona Schertz noted a stove issue, donations of fruit, and Meadow on Wheels delivered 421 meals in March. An appreciation desert social was planned, with date and location TBA.
