Priest Reyes Leads St Anthony's Parish Growth in Brownfield
Father Reyes, a Jesuit-educated priest with degrees from College of Santa Fe and St Thomas University, heads St Anthony's in Brownfield and a mission in Ropesville. Since arriving three years ago, mass attendance has risen from 700 to about 1000 as he plans continued growth and community service. He also recalls an audience with Pope John Paul II in 1999 as a career highlight.
