Edward Burton Longenbach 73, retired rice farmer, died March 2 1948 at his Katy home. Born November 3 1874 in Shelbyville Illinois he married Mary Lilian Gregory in 1899. Survived by four sons daughters and siblings, funeral at Katy Baptist Church March 4 with burial in Katy Cemetery.
