Mothers Club Elects Officers at February Meeting
The Mothers Club met February 17 to elect officers. Mrs. Pier was named president, Mrs. Ledbetter vice president, Mrs. Adairts secretary, and Mrs. Donigan treasurer. The next social meeting and installation of officers will be March 2, 1914 at Mr. Piers. Mrs. Norris Pree serves as secretary.

Monument Makers Exhibit Designs On Friday Track
HL Mualieta of a major monument firm in South Texas plans to show designs and samples Friday near Katy. The track hosted a race between Word driven By Dis Ne Nstott and W J Alderson’s horse Dan Los, with a finish that set a forfeit. Races continued next day including Cow ponies and a Richmond Tex match. Morse from Richmond won one race. Further races are expected soon on the same track.
