Limestone County commissioners court has ordered payment of a 26 000 dollar judgment to Sidle Simon Day of Waco from a federal suit arising from the county’s refusal to pay warrants tied to a Dallas contract for a block tax delinquency system. The dispute centered on DeWitt’s 25 percent share of delinquent taxes. Work halted when payments were denied.

Funeral services for T M Farmer forty four of 18204 Washington were held at Pattison at 10 a m Tuesday after a car crash near Houston on Katy Road left him dead.
