Katy National Bank Annual Meeting Signals Growth
The Katy National Bank held its annual stockholders meeting on February 9 1971. Directors were re elected including Dr L W Bing F B Cornelius and Jack M Townsend. The board proposed changes in par value and authorized stock which failed to pass. Officers were re elected led by Jack M Townsend as president and M L Scott as chairman.
