He was born Feb 23 1886 in Kansas and married Ola Loose May 10 1910. Survived by wife, three sons, one daughter, twelve grandchildren, and numerous relatives. active in Harris County agriculture and civic groups. past Katy School Board member and director in several associations.

Two Suspects Held for Desertion After Burglary
Deputies arrested Leon Doyle about 24 and Alvin Ray Caples 20 for burglary at Tri-Courity Itt lement Co. in Fort Bend County. Fingerprints sent to Washington showed both are wanted for desertion from the U.S. Armed Forces, Doyle deserting in El Paso and Caples in California last year. They are held for federal authorities.
