By virtue of a writ of execution from the Circuit Court of Lincoln evan Minsesipe Twill on Monday January Ist A.D. 18M the sheriff will sell at the Court House Brookyd to the highest bidder the Hewitt Southart quarter of northeast quarter and the northeast quarter of southeast quarter section 4 township 7 range 1 containing land as described Lard Garniabee Hartman Ferrin present party names appear in the notice.
Notice is given that Levi Myers has filed intent to make final proof on his homestead claim. Proof will be made before C E Watta Monticello Mis on December 27. Witnesses: Sandy Griffith Charles Brin Gwinville PD Mike Walker Fleury Griffith.

Land office at Jackson Mississippi announces final proof to establish a claim for Homestead No. 9526 Lot 4 north of boundary in section 3 township 7 south range 5 east. The proof will be presented before W M Wentworth Chancery Clerk Mindville Mississippi on January 5 1901. Claimant must show his continuous residence and cultivation on the property. Names listed include HH G Godbolt AG Golman Meadeville D H Golman and David Thomas. R C Kerr Register.
