Paid-up Subscribers Demand Clarification From Delaston Office
A Delaston editor complains of continued delivery and payment for the paper by recipients who did not notify to stop. Despite a two month notice, some subscribers still receive the paper and are expected to pay. A specimen card shows a reader asking to discontinue Tim Leappr, and the editor warns that circulating copies across counties at two dollars each is not affordable. The note asks others to acknowledge and settle accounts.
