Lincoln County Circuit Court Opens Under Judge Powell
The Lincoln county Circuit Court convened Monday with a large crowd as Judge Powell ordered juries. Grand jurors were sworn with T. W. Chisholm as foreman and Frank Larkin as bailiff.
