A Brookfield group led by Mr and Mrs Dan Rae Mrs Orville Rocour and Mrs Pete Petrik enjoyed a cabin cruiser trip from Brookfield downstream through the Chicago River to Marseilles Starved Rock and Joliet Yacht Club. Aminor mishap left Mrs Petrick with a twisted ankle during tie up. The trip included six stops and multiple locks with all but one crew member working the passages. The party hailed the leisure voyage as a unique holiday experience.
