YMCA Building A Granted by Board
The board granted a request to permit a five story YMCA project instead of the four story maximum. Officials including Birks and Hall supported the variation after testimonies from village staff and the state fire marshal. The building committee plans to prepare working drawings in about six months once the five story technicality is resolved.
