Archie Schonemann reflects on Christmas as a time of giving beyond material gifts. He argues true giving is selflessness aligned with the Christ Child message of peace, contrasting this with routine and forced generosity. He recalls memories of holidays, lights, and Santa, noting each year’s Christmas feels different yet historic as it returns in 1951.
