Joseph Prochaska of 3512 Madison Avenue was appointed to the village board at Monday’s trustee meeting. He succeeds C Harold Bush who recently resigned to become village manager. Prochaska will take the oath next Monday evening and is currently in hospital. The appointment, originally slated for last Monday, failed due to lack of a quorum.
