A boy from MAT AYR was killed when a car struck him on a street just after school. The vehicle, driven by Ode Selby, could not see the boy racing toward the radiator where two companions stood. The accident, on a Monday afternoon near the drug store, leaves blame unclear.
Earl Ulyat and Eva Weaver wed in a February ceremony conducted by Rev. Kauffman of the Christan Church. The couple, raised near Brookend, plan to settle on the Win Bringle farm in Jaypor county, starting their life together next year with many friends sending best wishes.
On February twenty second a Washington's Birthday supper and social will be held at the My Methodist Church for everyone. Last Monday evening the Epworth League of the ME Church hosted a Valentine's Day Social in church parlors with about forty Leaguers, presenting new games and delightful refreshments.
