State highway condemnation summons in Coke County Texas
The State of Texas commands the sheriff to summon J. A. Overstreet and unknown heirs to appear at Coke County Court in Robert Lee on September 12 1938 to answer a petition filed August 11 1939 in case 286. The suit seeks land for State Highway No. 158 right of way described as parts of Lots 18 14 and 15 in Bronte. Publication four weeks prior to return day is required.
