The State of Texas commands the Coke County Sheriff to summon the Unknown Heirs or Assigns of Joe A Palmer to appear at the October 1937 County Court in Robert Lee to answer a condemnation suit over 25 feet of land on Lots 7 and 8 Block 79 Original Town Bronte. Publication required weekly for four weeks in a local newspaper. Willis Smith Clerk.
