Bronte Scouts Praised by Eagle Pass Scout
A Bronte Boy Scout troop of 24, led by Scoutmaster Maurice Teague, camped at Camp Faw near Del Rio for a week and returned home in high spirits. A Scout from Eagle Pass, who attended the camp, wrote warmly of the Bronte group calling them the hot front. The letter was dated July 29, 1940 and expressed good health wishes.
