Sorosis Study Club Votes on Get Out and Vote Posters

The Sorosis Study Club met October 25 at 7 30 in the home of Mrs Joe Rawlings with Mrs Royce Lee presiding. A Christmas Gifts contribution to Abilene State School was taken. Mrs Clark Glenn led It Is Your Privilege and Your Duty to Vote. Members made posters urging get out and vote for November 2 and displayed them around town. The group plans to attend the ’69 Study Club on November 8 at 7 00 pm in the First Baptist Church where County Attorney Pob Owen will discuss Estate Planning.
