Pan American Amoco Foster Price No 1 discovery near 12 miles northwest of Robert Lee produced 202 barrels of oil. Exxon plans 6640 foot well near Robert Lee as a sidestep to the 1 A B South Field. Sojourner Drilling to drill 933 foot offset near Wendkirk eight miles southwest of Bronte. Contract depth 3800 feet.
The Independent Cattle Association of Coke County will meet Thursday October 23 at 7 30 p.m. in the Coke County Courthouse Robert Lee All members and interested cattlemen are urged to attend this important meeting.
