The community shows a busy week with many visits and gatherings. Adaline Carper and others attended a quilting at Mrs. Charlie Brown's. Ruth Armstrong and Calvin McKinzey from Ballinger visited the Tountgets. families from Angelo Abilene Midland and Tulsa shared time with local households. Several residents traveled to Dallas and Big Lake while musical gatherings occurred at Floyd Gibson's home.
Dorothy James spent the weekend in San Angelo and Christoval visiting friends. The Sun day guests included J. P. Tounget Friscilla and Miachel from Miles, E. E. Wade and William of Bronte, Earl Wade of Ballinger, and Herbert Armstrong Ballinger and Norman Alexander. Faye Goss and Hazel James visited friends in San Marcos. Betsy Roach stayed in Angela with her parents. Elbert Carper visited Sterling City. LY Harrell and Sybil Lawrance visited Mrs. Montie Little. Mrs. Sadie Brown visits relatives on Marshall. Mrs. Barney Westbrook and Eddie, Mrs. Tounger, Billie, Patricia and Jerry visited in Miles Saturday.
