Prize Winners For WHO Clubs Named
The annual Coke County exhibit held in Bronte at Amenean Logins hall drew 185 visitors last Saturday. Prize winners at the achievement day included Mrs. Gadling Sayner Syd, Mrs. H. M. Kirkland, Mrs. Roane, Mrs. C. E. Bruton, 4-H Jeffie Harmon, Diane Mitchell, Betty Sue Mitchell, Verdenhammers, Mrs. Jammner Sid, Mrs. Chacks Keenes, Mire Mark Ghuidney, and many others in categories such as cup towels, dresser scarves, robes, clothes pins, painted pictures, flower pots, handmade gloves, pillow cushions, and crochet.

Five 4 H Club girls and four adult leaders attended a training session October 3 in the agent's office. Mrs K Scott of Singer Sewing Machine Co San Angelo presented a demonstration on sewing machine care and attachments. Plans were made for the leaders to present the demonstration to the girls 4 H clubs at the first meeting in November. Buy a Cake or Pie Saturday.
