Bronte High School athletes received free physicals last Thursday at Harris Adams Clinic. The service, provided annually by Drs. John R. Harris and Dean Adams, covered basketball players and football squad members at season start.
Mr and Mrs Homer Vaughn spent time with his father J M Vaughn and a sister Mrs Pearl Lewis and Mrs Joe Sheppard visited from Capitan New Mexico. Joe Simpson and Cherri visited Brady and Field Creek to see D E Taylor Von Simpson and their son Joey returned home with them. Rube Collins visited Corsicana and Mrs Gladys Bray. J R Rasco stayed Brady with Mrs E L Guyton as weekend guests. Bryan Baker and Marissa of Andrews joined the Rasco family in Bronte. J D Reaves of Andrews visited relatives in Bronte. J E Quinn returned after two weeks in Hooker Oklahoma.
