Uncle Hale's rambling letter pokes mild fun at social life and politics
Uncle Hale rails at church socials dominated by talkers, jokes about TV channels for housewives, and raises a series of political quips about Congress and taxes. He notes a 5 day Colorado deer hunting trip by Jo Ed Scott and family, listing a long chain of relatives and locations.
