The attorney general and all property owners and interested parties are ordered to appear at 10 o clock A.M. on the first Monday after 42 days to show cause why the East Coke County Hospital District petition for bonds should not be granted and the proceedings and bonds validated. The clerk must publish this order in a Coke County newspaper weekly for four consecutive weeks, first publication at least 28 days before the hearing. Publish dates Apr 17 24 May 1 8 1970.
