Mrs Harold Sims organized a JR HD Club meeting at Bronte Jr Whiekaboons on March 1. Mrs Roo McQueen demonstrated marking and stay stitching in garment making while Mrs Otis Sruth presided. Mrs Claude Gents led recreation, gifts were exchanged, roll call listed members, next meeting set for April 2 at Mrs Claude Gentry's home.
The Ark and Dove Study club gathered at Mrs. Frank Perciull home in Robert Lee for a Friday morning session. Lenten devotion themed There shall be in Him a round of living water referenced in the Mass. Father Fidelis led Mass and discussion of the day’s scripture with hostess and members present.
Mr. George Phillips of Douglas Arizona stayed with J. M. Rippetoes and Mamie Littlefield last Tuesday during a visit to Hara Texas.
