Humble Oil & Refining Co completes 88 E Sallie Odom well at Fort Chadbourne Coke County. Estimated daily oil flow 136.56 barrels of 44.6 gravity with 1.4 percent water and gas oil ratio 696 to 1. Production from 5 percent casing between depths 5,468.60 and 5,503 feet, depth reached.
The operation was picked at 5 478 feet on der rick floor at 2 013 feet elevation. Pay section underwent acidization using 1 000 gallons. Tubing pressure reached 300 pounds with packer on casing.
The eight day meeting at the church of Christ continues and will end with a Sunday night service on March 28. A spokesman notes good attendance and praises Brother Pope for presenting the Gospel clearly. A 2:30 Sunday singing is open to all, with Leon Sharp inviting the community to attend.
