Club Bake Sale To Aid Bronte Housewives
The Sorosis Study Club plans an Easter bake sale to help Bronte housewives. Cakes and pies will be on sale Friday afternoon March 28 from 3 30 to 5 30 pm in Sims Food Store. Everyone is invited to purchase Easter baked goods.

Lunchroom Menu for March 24 25 and Easter Break
The menu lists March 24 fish with English peas slaw hot rolls and butter milk and chocolate sheet cake. March 25 features turkey and dressing green beans cranberry sauce light bread milk and Jello with Dream Whip. The rest of the week is Easter holidays.
Local Church group meets for Bible study and play

Work Day Planned by Coke County Rodeo Association

Old Building Moved Near Post Office in Robert Lee
In Robert Lee the former Coke-Sterling Farm Bureau office near the post office was moved last Friday to make space for the new Farm Bureau home. Finis Millican purchased the old building. The new site awaits completion.
