Local man accused after lake fishing dispute in Oak Creek Lake
E J Smith claimed Stepp lacked authority to remove him from Oak Creek Lake. Stepp allegedly struck Smith with a boat oar knocking him into the water. Stepp assisted Smith ashore and towed the boat.
